Kelly Wood, owner of Karuna Yoga, has extensive experience in teaching kids yoga. Kelly's approach is playful and fun within the context of appreciating discipline and structure. In Kelly's kids yoga classes, the little yogi finds a great place to shine while participating in a healthy group setting.

Karuna Yoga

Would you like to share this amazing art form with others?
Kelly Wood, owner and Director of Karuna Yoga, has discovered invaluable insight through teaching yoga and through her personal practice. Kelly brings her knowledge of Hatha and Kundalini Yoga to this thorough training which provides a unique and powerful platform for understanding the practice of yoga. With knowledge of these two styles of yoga, more doors open to meet people where they are as they begin their yoga practice. Our training gives you the skills to bring the art of yoga into the community to a wide range of people and settings. Naturally, your own practice will flourish by completing our training!

$1800 for the 7 week 200 hour training
$350 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your space

Certified through Karuna Yoga & Yoga Alliance upon completion
Experience is the greatest teacher. In our training, you will begin teaching from the first weekend to build practical skills and greater understanding of the art of teaching yoga.
