Teach Kids Yoga
Kelly Wood is an experienced Kids Yoga Teacher and a pioneer for bringing yoga and meditate into our school systems. Kelly also teaches in studio settings which is a special experience for kids ages 4-11. Very dedicated and eager, children consistently attend Kelly's Hi Yoga classes.
Going into public and private schools for more than 10 years, Kelly has developed a clear, relatable and very effective style of teaching that engages children across all cultural backgrounds. The kids exclaim, "Hi Yoga!" when Kelly enters a classroom and immediately position themselves for class together. Envision 25 or more five-year-olds moving together, breathing calmly and meditating. Teaching Hi Yoga is quite fulfilling for Kelly and other teachers she has trained. Teaching Hi Yoga is medicine for your own heart and mind, just as it is for the children of our communities.
By taking the Hi Yoga Teacher Training, you will enhance the bond with your children, your nieces/nephews and children you teach. This is an amazing course for parents to understand more about managing their own stress, a necessity to soothing children. This is also a great course for those thinking about having a family. You will be inspired to bring this healing practice to your child's school and your daily family life. This course will spark your creativity & playfulness and allow you to contribute positive change to the community and to the world.
