| Kid's LOVE yoga! Balancing focus & play, kids learn coordination, physical and mental flexibility, stillness and relaxation. Yoga greatly helps your child understand self-appreciation and being a part of the group. The kids learn how to calm and focus themselves and parents will have time to breathe. |
