Kundalini Yoga & Meditation

Hatha Yoga

Karuna Yoga Live Streaming Classes

Yoga Dance

Sculpt, tone and beautify your body! Dance technique folded into Hatha Flow, allows the body to move in new ways within yoga practice - all levels.

Tween Yoga

This class is a balance of structure, imagination and collaboration. Kelly helps tweens feel more comfortable about themselves and more comfortable participating within a group setting. As hormones start and body changes occur, tweens learn how to breathe and move to help their nervous system and their glandular system balance. This results in focus, creative thinking, positive social interaction and a heart that rests knowing all is OK. Ages 11-15

Kids Yoga

A balance of structure and play that emphasizes how breathing helps with mental and emotional soothing. Through imagination, posture, dance, and meditation each child enjoys the freedom of being their unique self while respecting the group dynamic. Kelly Wood, owner of Karuna Yoga, is an experienced teacher for adults and children and has developed a style of Kids Yoga that is highly motivating, inspiring and fun for children. Let's give our children the tools to be balanced, creative and compassionate today and as they grown into exemplary World Citizens! Ages 4-10

Parents and Babies Yoga

Move, breathe and bond in a comforting way with your child. Infants to 3 years. We know the multitude of demands of parenting. Let's take time to balance mind and emotions for mindful and positive parenting. Little ones benefit from the joyful social experience. Breathe with hearts and minds together.

Parents and Kids Yoga

Calm yourself and your child while having a super fun time in this specialty class. Parents need time to breathe and move and the kids LOVE sharing yoga with parents. This class encourages playful, attentive and loving bonds between parents and kids for more joy in the family. Check out Kelly's DVD called Hi Yoga! Kelly's expertise in Kids Yoga flows in the 3 step sequence for parents and kids to practice together and a 3 step sequence for kids to practice on their own.
